Nikolay has a solid experience in mergers and acquisitions in IT, real estate, pharmacy and retail. He advised clients on many corporate issues, including shareholder and option agreements both under Russian and English laws. Nikolay’s experience of accompanying the business activities of clients includes advising on numerous commercial law issues, drafting supply contracts, work and services agreements, franchising and other commercial contracts. Before founding Sakharov and Partners Nikolay worked for Russian and American law firms and also has held the position of deputy head of department of international projects in Severstal. He graduated from the O.E. Kutafin Moscow State Academy of Law and Moscow State University, Faculty of Sociology.
